Comstock Canada Ltd. Launches Pipeline Group

BURLINGTON, ON, February 27, 2006 ? Comstock Canada Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of EMCOR Group, Inc. While continuing to provide total mechanical and electrical construction, operations and maintenance services for pipeline compressor and pumping facilities across Canada, the Pipeline Group will also leverage its industry heritage and capabilities to pursue mainline construction opportunities.

Serving the Canadian Pipeline Industry for over 50 years, Comstock has completed work on over 45 mainline compressor and pumping stations for various clients in the last 15 years. In order to further support the Company's increased role in the industry, concurrent with the launch of Comstock's Pipeline Group, Mr. Geoffrey Birkbeck, Chief Executive Officer of Comstock Canada, a pipeline industry veteran, is both relocating his residence to, and establishing a Comstock executive office in, Edmonton, to better focus on pipeline operations. Mr. Bob Quinn, President and Chief Operating Officer will continue to manage operations for the Company from the Burlington headquarters offices.
