EMCOR's Canadian Subsidiary To Provide Mechanical Infrastructure For London Health Sciences Center's Victoria Hospital

NORWALK, CONNECTICUT, July 17, 2008 - EMCOR Group, Inc. (NYSE: EME), a Fortune 500® leader in mechanical and electrical construction, energy infrastructure and facilities services for a diverse range of businesses, announced that its Canadian subsidiary, Comstock Canada, has been awarded a contract for work at the London Health Sciences Center's Victoria Hospital in London, Ontario.

 

Comstock Canada will provide a wide range of mechanical construction services to approximately 565,000 square feet of new facility space consisting of a clinic; an inpatient and administrative area for the Children's Hospital; a birthing center and neonatal intensive care unit; child, adolescent and adult inpatient/outpatient mental health care space; an adult medical/surgical inpatient care space; clinical laboratories; and space for 90 hospital beds. Comstock's scope of work will include the full mechanical systems, including design and installation of plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, medical gases and laboratory piping systems, and automation controls.
